NASHVILLE, Tenn. (May 16, 2025) TKO Artist Management proudly announces a series of new staff developments, including one new hire and two internal promotions, as the company continues to expand its dynamic and driven team.

Eric Gundrum has been promoted from Management Coordinator to Manager, now overseeing day-to-day operations for Mac McAnally and Scotty Emerick, while continuing as part of the Jackson Dean management team. A 2021 graduate of Belmont University’s Music Business program, Gundrum joined TKO as an intern before moving into operational and personal assistant roles. With road experience working with Jamey Johnson, Jackson Dean, and Mac McAnally, and a background at Lozen Consulting supporting social media strategy for artists including Toby Keith, Gundrum brings a road-tested work ethic and strategic mindset to artist management.

Jordan Bernal has been promoted from Executive Assistant to the President to Management Coordinator, now supporting the management teams for Jamey Johnson, Jackson Dean, Mac McAnally, and Scotty Emerick. Hailing from California’s Central Coast, Bernal studied Communications at Cal Poly San Luis Obispo before moving to Nashville in 2021. After interning with TKO and working at Troubadour Golf Club, he joined the company full-time in April 2022 and has grown into a valued member of the artist services team.

Ella Bare joins TKO as Executive Assistant to the President, supporting company founder and president TK Kimbrell. A Nashville native and May 2025 graduate of The University of Alabama, Bare holds a degree in Marketing with minors in Advertising and Public Relations. With a strong music industry pedigree—her father, uncle, and grandfather all having made their mark in the business—Bare brings both passion and experience to the role. She has interned with the marketing team at Big Loud and the publicity department at Warner Music Nashville, and most recently managed social media content for her grandfather, Country Music Hall of Fame legend Bobby Bare.

“These developments reflect the culture we’ve worked hard to build—one that values growth, hustle, and a deep commitment to our artists,” said Cassie Petty, General Manager of TKO Artist Management. “We’re excited to see Ella, Eric, and Jordan thrive in their new roles.”
