NASHVILLE, Tenn. (October 9, 2026) – Acclaimed singer-songwriter Melody Federer and the late, legendary Burt Bacharach release a heartfelt new love song, “Love Will Find A Way,” out now. The pair collaborated on this special piece prior to Bacharach’s passing. Listen to “Love Will Find A Way” HERE.

This mesmerizing track is a timeless love song about a love that perseveres through it all and always finds its way in the end. Federer’s angelic vocals carry lyrics about love’s power to conquer all and endure over time.

Federer worked with Bacharach during the final years of his life, creating a small collection of intimate, unreleased songs that reflected his late-career curiosity and her modern, poetic sensibility. The songs were written privately at his home, where Bacharach continued to experiment with melody, phrasing, and emotional nuance even in his nineties. They represent some of the last new material he worked on, capturing a tender creative exchange between a legendary composer and a songwriter he personally chose to mentor. “Love Will Find a Way” follows their first release, “Blanket Capes.”

“’Love Will Find a Way’ was the first song I wrote with Burt Bacharach. He played me the melody the first day we met, and the title came to me, and before we knew it we had a song about how love in all its many forms finds its way to survive through all the hurdles of human life, like a flower growing through cement cracks.” said Melody Federer.

Federer signed a publishing deal with Melody Place in 2025 and has since worked with the label’s Nashville roster, including vocalist Katharine McPhee. Previously, she’s collaborated alongside musical greats including Pink, Michael Bublé, and Kelly Rowland. She and Bacharach worked together on music that hadn’t been released until now.

Bacharach was a Gershwin Prize recipient, Academy Award and Emmy Award winner, and a member of the Songwriters Hall of Fame, among many notable accolades. He dabbled in various genres of music during his lifetime, composing, arranging, conducting, and producing hits for several notable pop stars. Bacharach’s music continues to impact generations today through his thoughtful lyrics and creative storytelling.
