SiriusXM Radio Margaritaville Hosts Exclusive First Interviews With the Gold Coast Native
NASHVILLE, Tenn. (September 4, 2026) – Today, tropical troubadour Kurt Stevensreleases his debut album Better with a Breeze. Sharing his seaside-infused soul, his music is a tribute to where he comes from and a foreshadowing of where he’s going. Growing up between Boca Raton and Vero Beach, Florida, Stevens is steeped in sunshine and good times, while also revealing a deeper commitment to ecological stewardship, musical prowess, and nautical nous.

“I hope listeners take a minute, close their eyes, and let this music take them to another place.” Speaking of his debut album, Stevens says, adding, “Every song on this record is a song that I’ve lived.”
He began planning this record three years ago, following a revelation while in Key West, Florida. He felt like his music wasn’t trending in a natural direction, and knew on the inside that it wasn’t the type of music he really wanted to make. Ever since that day, the music has come together the way he’s always envisioned deep down. Featuring previously released singles, “Already Alright,” “Bigger Boat,” and fan-favorite “Everglades,” Stevens music celebrates the journey of life and how we live it.
Stevens will appear on SiriusXM’s Radio Margaritaville today with Krystal King to share details of this new project exclusively with the station, which has supported him for a couple of years. Additionally, the Better with a Breeze release coincides with the annual Jimmy Buffett Day celebration – an unintentional nod to one of Kurt’s biggest inspirations.
He will be featured at this month’s Island Hopper Festival in Fort Myers, Florida, followed by a special performance at American Cancer Society’s Denim & Diamonds Gala in Vero Beach.
