SCOOTER BROWN BAND STANDS UP FOR COUNTRY MUSIC IN “COUNTRY AT ALL”

NASHVILLE, Tenn. (February 26, 2021) – Country rockers, Scooter Brown Band, hold nothing back on their newest song “Country At All.” Brown and fellow artist and friend Tim Montana co-wrote the song while questioning their place in country music – a genre that has largely removed the traditional sounds of country music’s history and replaced it with snap tracks and pop licks. From the opening steel guitar lick, from the iconic Steve Hinson, the honest lyrics lend themselves to the traditional outlaw country feel, bringing traditional country fans back to the music they grew up on. Last year, Scooter Brown Band released multiple singles including “Leave It To A Woman” and “Something Waylon Would Sing,” showing a different side of the band than the music fans are used to. Both singles were supported by Apple Music and Spotify along with “Something Waylon Would Sing” being among the most played songs on SiriusXM Outlaw Country. All have performed well with fans, contributing to the band’s three million plus streams across digital platforms.
Throughout this unprecedented year, Brown has gotten creative in his endeavors by partnering with Merica Bourbon for a Signature Series bottle, along with becoming innovative in finding shows to play. As touring starts back up again, Scooter Brown Band looks forward to getting back out on the road later this year and will be announcing shows across the country in the coming weeks.

After four years and three months, two tours overseas with one tour of combat in Iraq as a United States Marine, Scooter Brown traded his guns in for guitars and hit the road. Scooter Brown Band was formed and began playing mainly in and around Houston, Texas. They have toured North America and opened for some of their biggest influences including Charlie Daniels Band, Travis Tritt, Dwight Yoakam, Lee Roy Parnell and the Marshall Tucker Band, just to name a few.
