Most recently, Nicole’s video for “Kiss” is in rotation on CMT Music’s 12 Pack Countdown & their Edge category. The video “Bourbon” made it into CMT Music’s coveted 12 Pack Countdown reaching the #3 spot. About Nicole Witt
Nicole Witt is a nationally-touring, award-winning songwriter and multi-instrumentalist known for her soaring melodies and clever turns of phrase. She just released 5 singles from her brand new EP Clear and finished her first ever solo European tour. Her third single Bourbon, and the official video, reached the #3 position on the fan voted CMT 12 pack countdown and the Country Network. She has written songs for artists such as George Strait, Lee BRice, Rodney Atkins, Terri Clark, Lauren Alaina, Aaron Goodvin, Balsam Range, Mandisa, and many more. In 2011, Witt received the international Blusegrass Song of the Year Award for Balsam Ranges’s “Trains I Missed.” In 2014, she was nominated for a Dove/GMA award for Country Song of the Year. She moved into TV and film writing with song credits on shows like “Reign” “American Idol” and the short film score called Black Mountain. Witt is a co writer on “You Ain’t” by Canadian Country charts. Ellie Holcomb just released a Witt co-penned song called “Stranger” to CCm radio. Witt has spent the last 10 years writing and touring while building a grassroots small business as an artist, songwriter & mentor. She is the founding member of the super star act Six One Five Collective. Their song “Kindness” was featured on American Idol 3/19/23. They hit the road in June out on the Six One Five “Good Vibes” tour through the end of November. In the past 3 years she has played over 200 dates performing all over the country and world opening for Kenny Chesney, Old Dominion, Trace Adkins, Billy Currington, Bacon Bros & many more.
